Ensure accuracy and compliance with all coding policies and guidelines. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for clarification when needed. Maintain confidentiality of patient records and information. Participate in ongoing coding training and professional development. Good understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding systems.
