Job Description

We are seeking a Medical Biller / Cashier with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in medical billing processes and cashiering, with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle financial transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end medical billing processes, including verifying patient information, preparing bills, and submitting claims.
• Maintain accurate records of payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
• Manage cash and card transactions, issue receipts, and reconcile daily collections.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing guidelines and internal policies.
• Coordinate with patients, doctors, and insurance providers to resolve billing queries.
• Assist with preparing daily/weekly financial reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in medical billing and cashier operations

(hospital/clinic experience preferred).

• Good knowledge of billing software and MS Office.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle patient interactions with professionalism and empathy.
• Willingness to work from office (Work From Office – WFO).
