Backend Operations Executive - Pharmaceutical Company

We at SP INDIA BIOTECH a growing pharmaceutical company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive (D.Pharm/B.Pharm) to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry and contribute significantly to a company in its growth phase.

Responsibilities

* Customer Handling (B2B): Manage relationships with B2B clients, address inquiries, and ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

* Billing & Documentation: Handle invoicing, billing processes, payment tracking, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

* Inventory Refilling & Management: Monitor inventory levels, track daily shipments and deliveries, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure optimal stock levels.

* New Product Development Support: Assist with market research and data analysis to support the development and launch of new products.

* Computer Operations: Utilize software for data management, billing, inventory, and general administrative tasks.

* Warehouse Management Support: Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch, ensuring compliance with standards like GMP and GDP.

* Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the back office.
