Medical Anesthesia QA / QC

Key Responsibilities

Perform thorough
Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC)
audits on Anesthesia medical coding.
Identify and document coding errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
Provide feedback and training to the coding team to enhance
coding quality
and
compliance
.
Stay up-to-date with the latest
coding guidelines
and regulations related to Anesthesia.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement
quality improvement plans
.

Qualifications

Certification:
Must be a
certified coder
.

Skills

Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
In-depth knowledge of
Anesthesia coding guidelines
and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing feedback and training.
Proficiency in medical coding software and tools.
