Job Description

You will be responsible for effectively leading Medical Affairs activities for the segment across therapy areas, providing business enablement and scientific activities to achieve disease and therapy area leadership. Your role will involve evaluating new products for therapy prominence, building connections with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), guiding marketing teams, and planning evidence generation and post-marketing studies. You will also be involved in medico-marketing support, compliance, evidence generation activities, training and development, scientific updates, activities for digital platforms, and supporting medical writing, publication, and communication. To qualify for this role, you should have an MD in Pharmacology/Medicine or an MBBS degree. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in Medical Affairs, although exceptional freshers with strong academic backgrounds will also be considered. Key skills required for this position include proficiency in MS Office, excellent written and oral communication skills, deep knowledge of diseases and therapies, strong business acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, a comprehensive understanding of medical affairs, and the confidence to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.,
