Media Operations Manager

As a Media Operations Manager at St. Paul's & St. Joseph's Group of Colleges, your role will involve leading and managing all media-related activities across college branches. You will be responsible for ensuring that the college's achievements, updates, and brand message reach students, parents, and the public effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all internal and external media communication for the college group. - Coordinate with print, digital, and social media platforms to distribute event and admission updates. - Build positive relationships with media houses, newspapers, and digital content creators. - Plan and execute media coverage for college events, fests, talent tests, and special programs. - Capture photos, videos, and student testimonials during events. - Prepare post-event press releases and content for college pages and social media. - Create engaging content for brochures, pamphlets, newsletters, and social media posts. - Collaborate with design teams for posters, banners, and digital creatives. - Support HR and Admissions teams in campaign communication and branding. - Develop creative campaigns for admissions including visiting colleges, schools, and conducting talent tests. - Coordinate with teams to ensure consistent branding across branches. - Maintain a content calendar aligned with admission and event timelines. - Oversee the design and printing of promotional materials (pamphlets, banners, certificates, etc.). - Liaise with printers and vendors to ensure timely and quality output. - Verify brand consistency in all printed and digital materials. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in media operations, communications, or related roles. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with media partners. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in content creation and social media management. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
