Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in

    media operations / video asset management

    .
  • Strong

    Linux background

    with

    advanced CLI navigation

    .
  • Hands-on

    scripting experience (PHP preferred)

    for workflow automation.
  • Experience in

    asset staging and transfer

    using

    on-prem storage, Aspera on Cloud, and GCP archive

    .
  • Skilled in

    media preparation

    (removing bars, tones, slates, commercial breaks) and

    transcoding workflows

    .
  • Proven expertise in

    managing ingest and publish workflows

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    metadata management

    and digital archiving practices.
  • Experience in

    video/audio quality control (QC)

    for internal and external distribution.
  • Familiarity with

    media editing tools

    (Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid, or Final Cut Pro).
  • Knowledge of

    AV codecs, timecode, frame rates, file formats, and compression techniques

    .
  • Ability to troubleshoot

    technical issues in encoding, transcoding, and playback

    .
  • Experience with

    media asset management (MAM) systems

    .
