Job Description

As a Media Buyer specializing in Google Display Ads, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement display advertising strategies that align with the business objectives, whether it's enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, or driving sales. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to design engaging display ads and utilize various targeting techniques such as demographic, contextual, and remarketing options to reach the target audience effectively. In this role, you will play a crucial role in budget management by planning and efficiently allocating budgets across campaigns to achieve maximum ROI while meeting key performance indicators. Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and making necessary adjustments to bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives to optimize performance will also be part of your daily tasks. You will be responsible for conducting A/B testing regularly to enhance ad effectiveness and improve conversion rates by testing different ad formats, copy variations, and targeting strategies. Generating detailed performance reports and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders will be essential to track and communicate the success of campaigns effectively. Staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, particularly changes to the Google Display Network, industry benchmarks, and emerging ad formats, will be crucial to ensure the effectiveness of the campaigns. Moreover, ensuring compliance with Google's advertising policies and brand guidelines will be imperative to maintain the integrity and success of the campaigns. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Media Buyer with a strong focus on Google Display Ads and proficiency in Google Ads, including hands-on experience with the Google Display Network. Strong analytical skills, familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and third-party ad management platforms, as well as experience with remarketing/retargeting strategies, are key requirements for this position. A creative mindset, excellent project management and organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are also essential qualities for success in this role. Having a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, experience working with large-scale ad budgets, and knowledge of programmatic buying will be advantageous. Possessing a Google Ads Certification would also be a plus for this position.
