Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Operator, located in Vapi. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining plastic molding machinery. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines according to specifications, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the production of high-quality plastic products. The role also involves adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery
• Knowledge of plastic molding processes and machinery
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
• Attention to detail and quality control skills
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
