Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled ITI Mechanical Technician to perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of mechanical systems and machinery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mechanical operations, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth functioning of equipment. Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on equipment, vehicles, or machinery Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance Identify mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs or replacements Operate and maintain workshop tools and equipment Maintain accurate records of work completed and spare parts used Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems Requirements: ITI Certification in Mechanical Trade (Fitter, Turner, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, etc.) 13 years of experience in a mechanical/maintenance role Good knowledge of mechanical systems and tools Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in automotive, transport, or manufacturing sectors Knowledge of diesel and petrol engine maintenance (if vehicle-related) Familiarity with safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO) Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
