Salary: Rs: 30000 to 50000 per Month.

Job Summary

The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems in MEP projects. This includes HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and related mechanical services. The role requires ensuring that works are executed as per project specifications, approved drawings, and safety standards while maintaining proper progress and quality on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor mechanical works on-site (HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, drainage, etc.).
• Ensure execution of work as per approved mechanical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and other discipline supervisors for smooth site progress.
• Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and manpower.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.
• Support testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve site technical issues promptly.
• Maintain safety practices and ensure site compliance with HSE regulations.
• Assist in project handover documentation and client inspections.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in MEP mechanical site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems such as HVAC ducting & piping, chilled water systems, drainage, potable water supply, fire-fighting piping, pumps, valves, etc.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and installation details.
• Understanding of international mechanical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in documentation, MS Office, and AutoCAD (preferred).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage site workforce.

Additional Requirements

• Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, industrial, or MEP infrastructure projects is an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work under project deadlines.
• Willingness to work at project sites and extended working hours when required.
