Mechanical Shift Incharge (ERW / Galvanizing Line)

Position: Mechanical Shift Incharge – ERW / Galvanizing Line
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Salary: ₹50,000 per month
Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle mechanical operations & maintenance during assigned shifts for ERW and Galvanizing lines.
• Ensure smooth functioning of production equipment with minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and carry out quick corrective actions.
• Monitor preventive & predictive maintenance activities as per schedule.
• Coordinate with production, electrical, and QC teams during shift operations.
• Maintain proper shift logbooks, reports, and ensure safety compliance.
• Supervise and guide technicians/workmen on the shop floor.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance of ERW / Galvanizing / Tube Mill lines.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, gearboxes, pumps, and welding equipment.
• Ability to manage shift manpower and ensure equipment reliability.
• Good problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
