Job Description

Experienced in understanding the GA and Part Drawings
Experienced in fabrication of Chutes, Diverters, Gates , Dampers, Bulk material handling ewuipments and general engineering components
Experience in preparation of QAP
Experience in inhouse and vendor inspections
Experience in conduct vendor evaluation and audits
Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are
Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects
Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions
Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians
Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products
Knowledge in SMAW & MIG welding
Knowledge in ASTM/ASNT WPS , PQR
Knowledge in MS office and ERP
5-7 yrs Experience
DME/ BE – Mechanical

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
