This is a dream job for someone who loves mechanical systems, scale precision, and hands-on prototyping.
ؠCollaborate with 3D printing and tooling teams to create physical prototypes
ؠOptimize parts for FDM, SLA, resin casting, and injection moulding
ؠCreate BOMs, technical drawings and assembly documentation
ؠMaintain design versioning, change logs, and part catalogues for all SKUs
ؠEngineer miniaturized moving mechanisms (e.g. turrets, wheels, articulation)
ؠDesign historically accurate yet production ready parts
ؠBachelors in Mechanical Engineering or related field (BE/BTech)
ؠ36 years experience in parts design and surfacing.
ؠProficient in at least any CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, CATIA)
ؠStrong grasp of mechanical systems, materials, tolerances, and production techniques
ؠBonus: Experience in 3D printing prototyping
ؠOwnership of mechanical design across multiple product categories
ؠExposure to a creative-meets-engineering environment
ؠOpportunity to work on collector-grade, globally distributed products
ؠInvolvement in IP creation and design innovations for niche industries
ؠCareer path toward Lead Engineer, R&D Head, or New Product Development roles
