Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Primary purpose of the Job

Perform corrective & routine maintenance, periodical verification & calibration, installation, commissioning & testing and troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, electronics and digital field instrumentation in organisation facilities in accordance with established schedules & procedures.

Field equipment includes all process variable measuring devices such as flow, pressure, temperature, level, vibration and control, emergency shutdown, blow down and motor operated valves, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reports to the Nominated Organisation Maintenance superior.

• Ensures compliance with PPM requirements and prepares records of validation / calibration data and details of maintenance activities carried out.

• Highlight & report any anomalies and diagnose & repair of faults & breakdowns.

• Submits reports on incidents and failure investigations as and when required.

• Participates in acceptance tests of new and upgrade systems, identifies deficiencies and provides

Punch list.

• Ensures safety of personnel and equipment through compliance with company's Environmental

Health and Safety policies, procedures and standards.

• Participates in Regular Toolbox meeting with colleagues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
