Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the maintenance team, assigning work and ensuring all personnel understand their tasks and safety procedures.
• Maintenance Planning: Develop, schedule, and complete preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Troubleshooting: Provide guidance and expertise in diagnosing and resolving mechanical problems with plant equipment.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety policies and procedures, identify potential hazards, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a secure working environment.
• Quality Control: Ensure that maintenance work adheres to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
