CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of production, quality equipment.
Adhering to the workplace safety and the company policy
Responsible for various Legal & statutory compliances applicable for the organisation
Workforce planning & work allocation to meet the department / organisation goals
Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback
Team building, conflict management, create workplace culture
Close co-ordination with production team to achieve the production targets
Responsible for planning & execution on-time project work as instructed
Inventory management & control, optimise the spares utilisation & ensuring the procurement of quality spares
Provide oversight, direction & Imparting training to the subordinates
Prepare, monitor, measure & evaluate the performance of the team for productivity, goal achievement & overall effectiveness
Prepare and maintain the reports mandated for the functioning of the department as well as to track the strategic goal achievement and targets assigned
Perform other various tasks as instructed by management
Accountable for the tools & measuring instruments provided by company.
