Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (CNC)

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (CNC) at NMTG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of CNC machines. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting Preventive Maintenance as per plan and schedule - Enhancing CNC machine uptime and reducing downtime - Improving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of each machine - Ensuring timely resolution of all breakdown machineries - Ensuring sufficient spares of various machines are available - Ensuring timely receipt of all spares - Carrying out AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) with various OEMs for machine spares and maintenance - Liaising with AMC Agencies for proper work and planning service/complaint related to all AMC Agencies - Performing downtime analysis - Identifying training needs of employees working under you and initiating action - Planning and initiating training of employees working under you - Maintaining maintenance-related work system - Submitting DRM/WRM/MRM report to the director on your overall performance - Undertaking any other work assigned by the authority Required Skills: - CNC machine operation - CNC machine-related maintenance knowledge Education: - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI Relevant Experience: - 4 to 5 years of experience in CNC Mechanical Maintenance Please note that NMTG is a leading manufacturer in specialized markets for Mechanical Power Transmission Products.
