Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (CNC)

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (CNC) at NMTG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of CNC machines by conducting Preventive Maintenance as per plan and schedule. Your responsibilities will involve enhancing CNC machine uptime, reducing downtime, and improving the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of each machine. You will be expected to ensure timely resolution of all breakdown machineries, maintain sufficient spares for various machines, and coordinate with AMC Agencies for machine spares and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting Preventive Maintenance as per schedule - Enhancing CNC machine uptime and reducing downtime - Improving OEE of each machine - Ensuring timely resolution of breakdown machineries - Maintaining sufficient spares for various machines - Coordinating with AMC Agencies for machine spares and maintenance - Identifying training needs of employees and initiating action - Planning and initiating training for employees - Maintaining maintenance-related work system - Submitting DRM/WRM/MRM reports to the director on overall performance - Performing any other work assigned by the authority Qualification Required: - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI - 4 to 5 years of experience in CNC Mechanical Maintenance In this role, you will be a key player in the Manufacturing & Production domain at NMTG, a company that values the respectful, trustworthy, supportive, and equal treatment of its employees.
