Activities • Supervising the technical operation and maintenance team activities Regular checks and ensuring the Logs are maintained for UPS, Chillers, Lowside HVAC systems, AV, Office equipment, facility energy consumption, lighting consumption etc. Co-ordination with AMC vendors for maintenance of utilities, AV equipment Tracking day to day helpdesk requests as per service levels with the help of technical team Support for PM activities of MEP systems as per the schedule Support during various phases of internal projects (technical services related including LAN passive cabling) Raising Material Gate-pass, Visitor pass, Purchase-Request with manager approval Tracking and supporting in payment of monthly utility bills (electricity, water) Material consumption tracking/Inventory tracking Support in tracking, maintenance and write-off of assets in technical services area Coordination for calibration of meters, periodic checks as per monitoring measurement plan Documentation support for Energy Management System and other ISO audits Support for Energy Monitoring System activities - trouble shooting of meters, network connectivity issues etc. (internal web-based tool) 2. Candidates academic qualification and experience: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (full-time, 3 years) with 8 to 12 years of experience in facilities MEP operations and maintenance
