Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Mechanical Design Team Lead to oversee and guide our mechanical design team in developing innovative, reliable, and manufacturable mechanical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for solving complex design challenges.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of mechanical design engineers through all phases of product development from concept to production.Plan, allocate, and track design activities to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.Review and approve detailed 3D CAD models, drawings, and design documentation.Drive design reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.Ensure adherence to design standards, best practices, and engineering processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Electrical, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, and QA.Evaluate design feasibility, DFM/DFA, and tolerance stack-ups.Interface with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure design intent and quality.
