MECHANICAL ENGINEER/TECHNICIAN

As a Mechanical Engineer/Technician at our company, your role will involve working on the shop floor for machine assembly. You should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in assembling packaging machines, conveyors, or robotic palletizing systems, along with the ability to interpret engineering drawings effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble packaging machines, conveyors, and palletizers following the provided drawings. - Conduct alignment, leveling, and integrate mechanical motion systems accurately. - Collaborate with the electrical and controls teams to complete full machine builds and conduct testing. - Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide support for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT). - Ensure adherence to 5S, safety, and quality standards throughout the assembly process. Qualifications Required: - ITI Fitter / Diploma / BE in Mechanical. - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in assembling industrial or packaging equipment. - Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings and understanding tolerances. - Previous experience with conveyor or robotic systems will be advantageous.
