Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development

Contribute to the design of TCS/SFN assemblies including manifolds, headers, valves, fittings, hoses, expansion tanks, strainers, and quick disconnects.
Develop and maintain Creo 3D models, assemblies, drawings, and parametric libraries for TCS/SFN components.
Ensure designs comply with ASME and ASHRAE liquid cooling guidelines and internal standards.

Documentation & Technical Data Management

Prepare and maintain BOMs, PFDs, PIDs, and technical documentation in PLM systems (Oracle PD Cloud, Windchill).
Provide input from custom orders and ETO projects into NPDI modules for continuous improvement.

System Analysis & Calculations

Perform system sizing and calculations, including pressure drop, flow balancing, NPSH margin, and valve Cv selection.

Prototype & Testing Support

Support prototype builds and validation testing, including pressure, leak, flow/thermal, cleanliness, and condensation/dew point checks.

Supplier & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with suppliers to review manufacturability, cost considerations, and quality standards.
Collaborate with global engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure successful project execution.
Support layout/configurator tools and provide feedback to improve automation workflows.
