Job Description

As an experienced Virtual Audit Engineer, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Conducting Virtual Audit of Engines and systems - Creating and validating MBOM sequences - Performing reachability and accessibility studies of hand tools for assembly process - Developing optimal assembly sequences virtually using Line balancing techniques - Conducting torque audits and providing tooling recommendations Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or related fields - 4-7 years of work experience - Previous experience in Engine product design, quality, manufacturing process, application and installation, product performance/support - Knowledge of Virtual Audit, Virtual Build, Team Center Engineering, VisMock-up, Reading Engineering drawings, Assembly tools, Line balancing concepts, Serviceability checks, Ergo validation, Fixture & Test cell validation - Understanding of Works instructions/ Visual aids - Hands-on experience in converting EBOM to MBOM is preferred,
