You should have strong experience in conducting Virtual Audit of Engines and systems. This includes tasks such as building MBOM sequences, validating them, and studying reachability/accessibility of hand tools for assembly processes. Your role will involve developing the best possible optimal assembly sequence virtually by considering Line balancing techniques. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting torque audits and providing tooling recommendations. To be successful in this position, you are required to have a Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or related fields with 4-7 years of work experience. Previous experience in Engine product design, quality, manufacturing process, application and installation, and product performance/support is essential. You should have knowledge of Virtual Audit, Virtual Build, Team Center Engineering, VisMock-up, Reading Engineering drawings, Assembly tools, Line balancing concepts, Serviceability checks, Ergo validation, Fixture & Test cell validation. Understanding of Works instructions/Visual aids is also important. Hands-on experience in converting EBOM to MBOM is preferred.,
