Role Overview: You will be leading the Mechanical Static Equipment discipline within a growing EPC/EPCM organization. Your role will involve providing technical leadership, design oversight, and execution strategy across multiple industrial projects in sectors such as Fertilizers, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, and Energy Transition. Your responsibilities will include ensuring discipline excellence, mentoring teams, reviewing design deliverables, and aligning engineering output with client requirements, cost, and schedule objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and technical direction for Static Equipment Engineering including Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reactors, and Tanks. - Review and approve design deliverables such as datasheets, specifications, drawings, and vendor documents. - Guide design teams through all project phases from proposal and FEED to detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction support. - Ensure compliance with international codes & standards such as ASME, API, TEMA, IS, ASTM, etc. - Lead technical bid evaluations, vendor qualification, and inspection reviews for static equipment. Qualifications: - B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university. - Minimum 15 years of experience in Static Equipment Design and Engineering within EPC/EPCM organizations. - Hands-on experience with design software/tools like PV Elite, Compress, HTRI, etc. - Strong understanding of engineering standards, project execution workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination. - Proven experience in projects related to Fertilizer, Chemical, Petrochemical, or Oil & Gas industries. - Demonstrated ability to lead large engineering teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
