As a Mechanical Engineer Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging technical training programs for employees and/or clients. Your deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles will be key in creating effective learning experiences that enhance skills and drive performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments covering various mechanical engineering topics. - Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions in different formats (in-person, virtual, blended learning). - Assess training needs and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure curriculum relevance and accuracy. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback and performance data. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and training methodologies. - Maintain training records and track participant progress. - Provide technical support and guidance to trainees as required. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. - Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and instructional design for technical subjects. - 4+ years of experience as a practicing Mechanical Engineer or Teaching Experience. - Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional technologies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly. - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools is a plus. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Passion for continuous learning and professional development. - Skills or training in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), or the Oil and Gas sector are considered an added advantage. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and a flexible schedule.
