MECHANICAL ENGINEER FACULTY

As a Mechanical Engineer Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering engaging technical training programs for employees and clients. Your deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles will be utilized to create effective learning experiences that enhance skills and drive performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials covering various mechanical engineering topics such as design, analysis, manufacturing, and maintenance. - Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions in different formats including in-person, virtual, and blended learning. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess training needs and ensure curriculum relevance and accuracy. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback and performance data. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and training methodologies. - Maintain training records, track participant progress, and provide technical support and guidance to trainees as required. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. - Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and instructional design for technical subjects. - 4+ years of experience as a practicing Mechanical Engineer or in teaching roles. - Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional technologies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly. - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools is a plus. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Passion for continuous learning and professional development. **Additional Company Details:** The company offers benefits including cell phone reimbursement and a flexible schedule.
