Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Design, install, and maintain centralized AC chiller systems and HVAC systems for commercial and residential projects. Oversee installation and maintenance of fire protection systems (fire alarms, extinguishers, and suppression systems). Ensure seamless integration of HVAC , fire safety , and electrical systems (HT/LT). Collaborate with builders, contractors , and construction teams to meet project specifications, timeline, and budget. Conduct site inspections and supervise system testing and commissioning . Implement energy-efficient solutions in mechanical systems. Key Requirements : Degree : Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience : 3-5 years in HVAC , fire protection , and MEP systems . Strong knowledge of centralized AC chillers , fire alarm systems , HT/LT electrical systems . Proficiency in LV/HV systems and energy-efficient design . Familiarity with building codes and industry safety standards . Preferred Qualifications : Experience working with builders , contractors , and constructors . Certifications in HVAC or fire safety systems.
