Role & responsibilities

Mechanical DMan should know all the below drawing in BIM/REVIT.

Plumbing JD: water tank GFC details with puddle flanges, pump room layouts with valves and

instrument fitment at actual sizes, shaft detailing with pipe fitting and accessories, clamp and nutbolts, Toilet internal layout for hot water, domestic water, flushing water, soil, waste and venting details, overhead tank and pumping details. Pipe looping. water supply gravity and hydropneumatics system, Infra: Isolation chamber, manhole detail, trench detail, schematic preparation. STP, water treatment plant, RO plant, scheme and equipment placement

Fire Protection JD: water tank GFC details with puddle flanges, pump room layouts with valves and instrument fitment at actual sizes, shaft detailing with pipe fitting and accessories, clamp and nut bolts, sprinkler distance and layout as per NFPA norms, Type of sprinklers and the water throwing capacity, Fire hydrant shaft detailing,  overhead tank and pumping details. Pipe looping.

Infra:

manhole detail, trench detail, schematic preparation. Drencher system detailing.

HVAC JD: Chilled water plant placement with maintenance space, chilled water schematic, AHU,

FCU, CSU detailing with filter removing and coil removing space, valve manifold detail, piping layout with insulation and supporting arrangement, ducting size calculation, ducting layout with insulation and supports, DX system with indoor, outdoor placement, refrigerant piping and drain piping details, VRV system details with Indoor, outdoor placement, refrigerant piping, refnet joints, drain pipe connection. STP, DG, Substation, mechanical and electrical plant room, kitchen etc ventilation requirements.

Qualification:-

HSC/Diploma/ITI certificated from Recognized institute.

Technical Software:-

Software skill set for 2D draftsman: Must know AutoCAD 2000 and AutoCAD latest version.

Software skill set for 3D draftsman: Must know BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, BIM Revit latest versions
