Job Description

Responsible for creating 3-D models and fabrication drawings for centrifugal compressor components, while migrating 2-D designs and ensuring alignment to Siemens Energy s engineering standards. Manage project timelines, maintain drawing revisions, and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information How you'll Make an Impact 3-D Modeling and Drawings of components/assemblies related to the packaging of Centrifugal Compressors. Migration of 2-D drawings to 3-D models using commercial engineering CAD software Maintain drawing revision control Follow Siemens Energy global engineering standards and drafting practices Create fabrication drawings pipe isometrics for ready-to-manufacture Implement engineering design projects Effective utilization of available tools resources Recording and tracking of time used for various projects Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information of Siemens Energy products What You Bring B. E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with experience ranging from minimum of 2 years in the relevant area Hands-on experience with CAD Tools like, NX in Turbomachines (Centrifugal Compressors/Gas Turbines/Steam Turbines) and preferably in Oil Gas Domain Hand on experience with PLM tools like Teamcenter Thorough knowledge of GDT, Drafting Standards and Welding Standards Working Knowledge of Modeling and Detailing of Turbomachinery Packages Working Knowledge on GA, PID, Base plate, and Auxiliary Systemtype Rewards/Benefits Employees are eligible for Remote Working arrangements up to 2 days per week.
