Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Generate Mechanical drawingsfor SPM(Special purpose machines), Robotics, Pick & Place, Conveyor & Material Handling machines while using Unigraphics (UG) NX or CATIA software. 2. Creating detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of SPM Machines and its components. 3. Performing calculations for dimensions, tolerances, and material requirements. 4. Design and develop mechanical systems, keeping in mind the budget, timelines and other essential resources 5. Collaborating with engineers and project managersto evaluate the feasibility of proposed projects. 6. Revising and updating drawings and designs based on feedback and testing results. 7. Documenting design processes, assembly instructions, and other project requirements for manufacturing teams. 8. Testing prototype designs to ensure they meet the required specifications and adjusting designs as necessary. 9. Preparation and release of Bill of material. 10.
