Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Engineering & Design

Develop and own
package engineering deliverables
: equipment
data sheets
,
specifications
,
GA/layout drawings
,
Bill of Materials (BoM)
,
hook-up diagrams
,
3D models
, and
interface lists
.
Perform
mechanical sizing and selection
for rotating equipment (duty point, head/pressure, efficiency, driver sizing, margins, turndown).
Design
auxiliary systems
: lube oil systems (pumps, coolers, filters), dry gas seal systems, seal gas panels, instrument air, cooling water, fuel gas, and
piping routing
within skid boundaries.
Define
skid/baseplate design
, lifting points, transport constraints, and perform basic
structural checks
(deflection, vibration, stiffness) with vendor support as needed.
Execute
alignment, grout, leveling
, and
foundation interface
requirements; prepare
installation guidelines
and
O&M documentation
with vendors.
Ensure
maintainability/ergonomics
(access, clearances, removal paths),
noise/vibration
compliance, and
layout optimization
for compact footprints.

(as applicable),
ASME Section VIII

Execute
materials selection
for sour service, temperature/pressure, corrosion and erosion; specify coatings and surface protection.
Ensure
PED/CE marking
compliance (if applicable),
HSE
and
functional safety
considerations (SIL interfaces with instrumentation).

3) Project Execution & Coordination

Review and approve
vendor documents
; manage
TQ/RFI
, deviation lists, and
change control
.
Lead
technical bid evaluations
, clarify with suppliers, and support
procurement
.
Coordinate
interfaces
with
Process

Piping
,
Structural
,
Electrical

Instrumentation
