Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Masters degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong background in R&D and product development in industries related to high-pressure systems or heavy-duty machinery.

Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) for mechanical design and simulation, and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) tools.

Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, material science, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and structural analysis.

Hands-on experience with prototype development, testing, and iteration in an R&D environment.

Familiarity with regulatory standards for safety and quality in mechanical engineering products.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate technical information.

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
