Job Description

What youll do

Design and iterate testing jigs/fixtures for assembly checks + functional/EOL testing
Define test plans, acceptance criteria, and reports (results, failures, corrective actions)
Create the assembly process: station flow, sequence, tooling, torque specs, QC gates
Write clear manufacturing SOPs/work instructions (operator-friendly + revision-

controlled)

Support builds, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement with ops/vendors
