Job Description

SMARTCAD is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Mechanical CAD Trainer to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AutoCAD and general CAD software, along with an Electrical Engineering background. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, developing course content, and ensuring students gain practical, industry-ready CAD skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on AutoCAD and CAD software.
Develop, update, and maintain training materials, lesson plans, and exercises.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Guide students on real-time mechanical design projects and industry practices.
Stay updated with the latest features and trends in CAD software.
Ensure an interactive and engaging learning environment.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and general CAD software.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Patience and a passion for teaching.

Qualifications:

Electrical Engineering background (Degree or Diploma).
Prior experience as a Mechanical CAD trainer or in a related CAD role is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
