Mechanic Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs as per job card instructions.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues using proper tools and equipment.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify faults or potential issues.
• Carry out periodic maintenance services (PMS) as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Replace or repair faulty components such as brakes, clutches, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Ensure all work is done following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety standards.
• Report additional repairs or parts requirements to the Floor Supervisor / Service Advisor.
• Test vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functioning and quality of work.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workstation and tools.
• Record job details and time taken in the job card accurately.
• Participate in technical training programs and skill enhancement sessions.
• Support in achieving workshop productivity and efficiency targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 1–3 years (Fresher with technical knowledge can also apply)
• Strong technical and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, etc.).
• Ability to use service tools, diagnostic equipment, and measuring instruments.
• Good teamwork and discipline in the workshop.
• Safety-conscious and quality-oriented approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
