Job Description

As a Measurement & Report Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be part of the Business Reporting and Governance vertical where the primary focus is to deploy and deliver robust tracking mechanisms for SLA/KPI and other operations on a day-to-day basis. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare management reports and analysis, both recurring and ad-hoc, focusing on tracking business performance through trusted data and insights while actively managing employee behaviors. - Deploy and deliver a portfolio of deliverables like Client & Leadership Governance, Performance Reporting, Incident Management, Survey Management, and Change Management. - Excel and MIS reporting skills are crucial for success in this role. - Possess excellent project management and client-facing skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to solve business problems. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment with high diligence. - Experience in managing a team of 15 or more people is a must. - Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights using visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. - Collaborate with internal process owners for Governance, Change Management, Satisfaction Surveys, Incident Management, and Performance Reporting. - Drive team initiatives and priorities like analytics, automation, visualization, and innovation. - Guide team members to excel in their deliverables and drive performance. - Understand business problems and drive solutions to resolve operational challenges. - Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.
