Mean Stack Trainer/ Faculty

JOB INTRODUCTION:

An IT Trainer is responsible for teaching technical skills and knowledge to individuals or groups in areas like software, hardware, networking, and programming. They design and deliver training sessions, create educational materials, and assess the progress of learners. The role requires a deep understanding of IT concepts, the ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way, and strong communication skills. IT Trainers play a key role in improving the technical capabilities of employees or students, helping them stay current with evolving technology trends.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting classroom offline lectures on Mean Stack, React, NODE JS, Angular, Mongo DB Analytics and related technologies to students
• Assigning and evaluating coursework, quizzes, and projects
• Providing one-on-one assistance and mentoring to students as required
• Ensuring that the course curriculum is up-to-date and relevant to industry standards
• Collaborating with other trainers and course developers to develop new training materials
• Maintaining accurate student records and progress reports
• Creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students
• Participating in faculty meetings, staff development programs, and other professional development activities as required
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments and related technologies

JOB QUALIFICATION & SKILL SETS:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• A minimum of 1 years of experience as a Mean Stack, React, NODE JS, Angular, Mongo DB developer or trainer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Mean Stack, React, NODE JS, Angular, Mongo DB
• Experience working with databases such as Mean Stack, React, NODE JS, Angular, Mongo DB
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Mean Stack, React, NODE JS, Angular, Mongo DB
• A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their career goals
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• NOTE : Technical Skills will change as per the requirement
