Job Description

MEAN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications using the MEAN stack.
• Build scalable, real-time applications with

  Firebase

  services including

  Firestore

  , Authentication, and Hosting.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs; ensure smooth integration with front-end interfaces.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement clean and intuitive user interfaces using Angular.
• Utilize

  TypeScript

  for strong-typed, scalable application development.
• Write modular, reusable, and testable code using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with the

  MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js)

  .
• Proficiency in

  JavaScript

  and

  TypeScript

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Firebase

  services and

  Firestore database

  .
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and reactive programming in Angular (Angular 16+ preferred).
• Experience in building and securing RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Exposure to serverless architecture and microservices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and sprint planning.
• Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
• Familiarity with version control tools like

  Git

  and deployment workflows.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, and observables.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
