MEAN Developer

As a Node.js Developer, your role will involve developing and maintaining Node.js services and APIs. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and optimizing Angular applications to ensure seamless user experiences. Managing Firestore DB for performance and scalability will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also deploy and manage apps using Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native solutions. Working with Azure Service Bus, API Gateways, and event-driven architectures is essential. Designing and implementing microservices with best practices for high availability will be a crucial aspect of your role. Ensuring top-notch security, performance, and secure coding through OAuth and JWT is imperative. Moreover, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers will be part of your daily tasks. Your involvement in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews is expected. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain Node.js services and APIs - Build and optimize Angular applications for seamless user experiences - Manage Firestore DB for performance and scalability - Deploy and manage apps via Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native solutions - Work with Azure Service Bus, API Gateways, and event-driven architectures - Design and implement microservices with best practices for high availability - Ensure top-notch security, performance, and secure coding (OAuth, JWT) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers - Participate in agile ceremonies - stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Node.js and Angular - Strong hands-on experience with Firestore DB, NoSQL, and real-time data sync - Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Service Bus, and API Gateway - Experience with microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud-native systems - Proficiency in GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and authentication mechanisms - Solid understanding of Git, agile methodologies, and testing frameworks - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently In addition to the above requirements, experience with React or Vue.js, knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes (AKS), and IaC, familiarity with Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Azure Monitor, and exposure to AI/ML in cloud environments are considered bonus points. Note: The job type is Full-time, Contractual / Temporary with a contract length of 6 months. The work location is in person.
