They understand the full MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Node.js) but mainly work on the UI/UX lifecycle—developing components, optimizing performance, integrating APIs, and writing unit tests. Their role centers on delivering clean, scalable Angular applications within a MEAN environment. Responsibilities Analyze project requirements and translate them into scalable Angular front-end solutions. Plan and design the future user interface with a strong focus on usability and responsiveness. Select appropriate MEAN-friendly technologies, libraries, and tools to support development. Choose optimal UI/UX and technical design approaches aligned with customer requirements. Develop robust Angular components, modules, and interfaces for web applications. Integrate the Angular front end with REST APIs built using Node.js and Express. Ensure smooth deployment and assist in putting the application into production. Follow best practices, standards, and conventions of Angular and the MEAN ecosystem. Optimize and improve the performance of existing Angular applications. Write clean, efficient, and reusable TypeScript/JavaScript code. Implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and provide continuous UI maintenance. Test and validate the UI from the user’s perspective to ensure quality and functionality. Requirements Strong expertise in Angular (Angular/AngularJS) and its core concepts. Solid understanding of software engineering principles and development methodologies. Deep understanding of coding standards, TypeScript, and JavaScript fundamentals. Knowledge of modern Angular practices, patterns, and performance optimization techniques. Working experience with JavaScript and familiarity with Node.js environments. 1+ years of hands-on experience in a similar front-end or MEAN environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with QA engineers and backend teams. Experience integrating complex and dynamic user interfaces using Angular components and modules. Familiarity with build and bundling tools (e.g., Webpack, Angular CLI). Strong understanding of JavaScript ecosystems, RESTful services, and JSON structures. Ability to develop responsive web applications compatible with multiple devices and platforms. Proficiency in identifying, debugging, and correcting UI issues. Ability to write cross-browser–compatible and high-performance front-end code. Experience configuring and managing real-time communication using WebSockets / Socket.io. Strong ability to handle complex APIs, including request optimization, error handling, and efficient data consumption. Experience building seamless, interactive widgets that communicate with internal APIs and update in real time. Capability to ensure smooth integration between Angular front-end components and MEAN-stack backend services. Skills Strong communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly.
