Job Description

Architect and lead for implementation of enterprise MDM solutions using STIBO , Reltio or Semarchy MDM.
Strong expertise in Operational MDM (Customer, Product, Vendor, etc.).
Design and maintain the master data strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Lead end-to-end MDM project lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, data modeling, integration, and deployment.
Ensure high data quality, governance, and stewardship processes are built into the solution.
Partner with business stakeholders to define master data domains, rules, and workflows.
Design integrations with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, CRM, Data Lake, etc.).
Collaborate with data governance and data quality teams to enforce MDM policies.
Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
Provide technical leadership to MDM developers and analysts.
Ensure security, scalability, and performance of the MDM solution.
Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews to ensure best practices
