MDM Associate Analyst

To succeed in this role, the candidate must have hands-on experience in:

• MDM configuration (L3 Configuration, Asset creation, Data modeling)
• ETL and data mappings (CAI, CDI)
• Data mastering (Match/Merge and Survivorship rules)
• Source and target integrations (REST API, Batch, Databricks)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage

  customer master data

  using

  Reltio

  or

  Informatica MDM

• Perform advanced

  SQL queries

  and

  data analysis

  to ensure data integrity
• Leverage

  Python

  ,

  PySpark

  , and

  Databricks

  for data processing and automation
• Collaborate with business and data engineering teams for MDM enhancements
• Implement

  data stewardship

  workflows, approval mechanisms, and

  DCR processes

• Use

  AWS

  cloud services for data storage and computation
• Contribute to

  metadata

  and

  data modeling

  activities
• Track and manage data issues with tools like

  JIRA

  ; document using

  Confluence

• Apply

  Life Sciences/Pharma

  industry context for data compliance

Basic Qualifications

• Master's degree

  with

  13 years

  of relevant experience OR

• Bachelor's degree

  with

  25 years

  of relevant experience OR

• Diploma

  with

  68 years

  of relevant experience
• (Fields: Business, Engineering, IT, or related)

Functional Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with

  Informatica

  or

  Reltio MDM

  , including L3 configuration, data modeling, asset creation, and API orchestration
• Building

  data mappings

  , profiling, and implementing data quality rules
• Implementation of
