MDM Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Data Modeling:

  Design the MDM data model for Customer, Account, and Household entities, including complex relationship types such as ownership, identity, and shared records.

• Governance Rules:

  Define precise matching, survivorship, and consolidation rules to maintain high-integrity golden records.

• Data Strategy:

  Define ingestion patterns from initial source systems and develop a scalable roadmap for integrating additional sources.

• GCP Integration:

  Design seamless integration with Google Cloud Platform services, including

  BigQuery, DataFlow, Composer, Spanner, and DataPlex

  .

• API Collaboration:

  Partner with API engineers to define service contracts for the retrieval of golden records and relationship data.

• Monitoring & Analytics:

  Define key metrics and dashboards to monitor system performance, focusing on throughput, latency, duplication, match rates, and quality scores.

Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirements

• Domain Expertise:

  8+ years of experience in MDM, data architecture, or related fields, specifically within the

  Financial Services

  sector.

• Identity Resolution:

  Deep understanding of identity resolution, matching algorithms, and survivorship strategies.

• Cloud Proficiency:

  Hands-on experience with cloud-based MDM solutions or building custom MDM frameworks on

  GCP

  .

• Analytical Mindset:

  Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures.

Education & Experience

• Education:

  Engineering Graduate or equivalent.

• Experience:

  8-15 years of relevant professional experience.
