Role Overview: You will be joining Seva At Home as an MBBS + MD Pharmacology professional. Your role will involve standardizing pharmacy processes, ensuring compliance with medical protocols, implementing evidence-based practices, and contributing to product research and development. This is an urgent requirement for an individual dedicated to enhancing healthcare services and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a Medical/Subject matter expert within the core team. - Standardize and optimize Pharmacy processes. - Conduct quality checks of existing procedures to ensure high standards. - Implement evidence-based practices in all relevant operations. - Ensure strict compliance with all medical and operational protocols. - Conduct research and provide feedback for new products before their inclusion in inventory. - Provide regular feedback on current products and outline future directions to enhance compliance and services. - Meticulously proofread all significant legal clinical documents as part of due diligence. Qualification Required: - MBBS and MD in Pharmacology is mandatory. - 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in pharmacy business. - Strong understanding of medical protocols and pharmaceutical processes. - Ability to implement and ensure compliance with established guidelines. - Excellent research and analytical skills. - Attention to detail, particularly in document review. - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
