Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive our Corporate Wellness vertical in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong corporate connections, a proven track record in B2B healthcare or wellness sales, and the ability to create long-term strategic partnerships with HR and admin leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for Seva at Home’s wellness and healthcare programs.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with HR Leaders, Administrative teams, and key decision-makers.

• Develop customized corporate wellness proposals and presentations.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

• Conduct regular market research to identify emerging opportunities in the wellness sector.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Corporate Wellness, Healthcare, or Insurance.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong understanding of corporate health programs and preventive wellness initiatives.

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet business goals.
