Role Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified MD Medicine Specialist to provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients. The ideal candidate should have strong diagnostic skills, OPD/IPD experience, and the ability to manage complex medical cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct OPD consultations and manage IPD patients.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Supervise patient management plans, medication, and follow-ups.
• Attend medical emergencies and provide prompt stabilisation.
• Coordinate with other departments for multidisciplinary care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (blood tests, imaging, etc.).
• Provide preventive healthcare guidance to patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation, case records, and discharge summaries.
• Participate in ward rounds, clinical meetings, and case discussions.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong clinical knowledge in internal medicine.
• Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle critical and emergency cases.
• Effective communication and patient counselling skills.
• Empathy, professionalism, and ethical clinical practice.

Requirements

• Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration.
• Experience in OPD/IPD and ICU exposure preferred.
• Ability to work in rotational duties (if applicable).
• Strong understanding of updated treatment guidelines and protocols.

Salary

• Negotiable / As per industry standards based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
