MCFU & SAP IS-U Consultant

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for helping design, build, and continuously improve the client's online platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Researching, suggesting, and implementing new technology solutions following best practices/standards. - Taking responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. - Being a productive member of the team. In order to be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 6+ years of experience in SAP IS-U/MCFU implementation and support omnichannel customer interaction solutions. - Ability to configure and support SAP MCFU for seamless web, mobile, and self-service customer experiences. - Collaborate on UI/UX development using SAP Fiori/UI5 for self-service interfaces. - Setting up automated notifications (SMS, email, app) for customer interactions. - Ensuring data integrity in customer master data and supporting end-user training. - Troubleshooting MCFU and integration issues and driving process improvements. - Maintaining compliance with data security and privacy regulations. - Expertise in Customer Service, Billing, and Device Management modules. - Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori, UI5, OData, web services (REST/SOAP). - Experience in multi-channel solutions (web portals, mobile apps, kiosks). - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and utilities industry best practices. - Strong troubleshooting and integration experience. - Knowledge of data security standards (e.g., GDPR). - Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. - Customer-focused with the ability to manage priorities in dynamic environments.
