Key Responsibilities: General Sourcing Team Strategy & Development: Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to a sourcing team by establishing clear, measurable goals aligned with organizational objectives and Category Strategies. Manage resource allocation, optimize team performance, and implement best-in-class sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier innovation. Drive individual and team development through targeted training, coaching, and performance feedback. IS&P Analyst Team Strategy & Development: In collaboration with functional leadership, set the strategy and planning for the new Analyst team.
